What's the opportunity?

Axle Logistics is seeking a part time Office Coordinator to assist with general back office functions for a growing Inc5000 organization. Focusing on freight bill auditing, this position would consist of 16 to 24 hours per week over a possible Monday through Wednesday schedule.


What does the position require?

  • Responsible for freight bill auditing
  • Locating and retrieving required paperwork
  • Accounts payable and accounts receivable
    • Invoicing
    • BOL & POD processing
    • Claim processing
  • Carrier vetting and development
  • Collaborate with back office to provide support to additional functions
  • Strong communication skills via phone and email
