Job Description

What's the opportunity?

As an Account Coordinator, you will build customer and carrier relationships while managing operational execution for Axles existing top clients. This will be achieved by partnering with our Account Development team to ensure each client's needs are not only met but exceeded by exhibiting first in class customer service.

 

What does the position require?

  • Execute scheduling as well as tracking and tracing of shipments
  • Communicating status updates with internal and external team
  • Problem solve with a sense of urgency to improve operational efficiency
  • Identify issues, utilize resources to determine the best course of action, and implement solutions
  • Provide updates quickly and accurately while navigating through a fast-paced day
  • Manage various TMS portals
